667 lots presented in a two volume auction catalog that represent one of the most impressive collections in history.

Pierre Delbée designed some of the most incredible interiors of the 20th century for the wealthiest families in the world. It is a treat to see the interiors of his own home, and the choices he made for his collection.

My favorite pieces by far are the exquisite inlaid geometric panels in ivory, ebony, and silver that defined his personal space, based on drawings from the 1509 work De Divina Proportione by Lucas Pacioli. They really are magnificent.
