These are the contents of Baron Alexis de Redé's magnificent apartment in the Hôtel Lambert on île Saint-Louis where he was the neighbor and friend of Guy & Marie Hélène de Rothschild.

This home was the venue for his Bal de Têtes in 1956 and Le Bal Oriental in 1969.

My favorite pieces include works by Christian Bérard & Cecil Beaton, interior portraits by Bailey & Alexandre Serebriakoff, photos and memories of Arturo Lopez Willshaw, the stunning album recording Le Bal Oriental by Alexandre Serebriakoff, Alexis de Redé's personal accessories including cufflinks tie & lapel pins, and exquisite examples of piquée, bois de Bagard, François-Xavier Lalanne, and BVRB.
